By creating an account and registering for the VISTA conference, I, as an individual, and the company, organization, institution, or entity I represent, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I have the necessary authorization and consent from the company, organization, institution, or entity I represent to register for the VISTA conference and make any financial or legal commitments associated with the registration, hotel bookings, or additional services requested through the VISTA conference registration portal.
- I understand and accept full responsibility for any financial or legal obligations arising from the registration, including registration fees, hotel bookings, and any other services requested through the registration portal.
- I agree to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies set forth by the VISTA conference organizers, including any code of conduct or guidelines for participation, on behalf of myself and the company, organization, institution, or entity I represent.
- I understand that any cancellations, changes, or refunds related to the registration, hotel bookings, or additional services are subject to the terms and conditions set by the VISTA conference organizers and any relevant suppliers or partners.
- I have announced that the Vista conference organizers and any affiliated partners or suppliers shall not be held liable for any financial, legal, or other consequences arising from the registration, hotel bookings, or additional services requested through the VISTA conference registration portal.
- I understand and consent to the collection, storage, and use of personal and company information provided during the registration process for conference-related purposes, in accordance with the privacy policy outlined by the VISTA conference organizers.
By proceeding with the registration process, I confirm that I’m agree to abide by the above account terms and conditions, both on my own behalf and on behalf of the company, organization, institution, or entity I represent.
