Standard registration fee: EUR 420 from November 1.
Low-income country early bird special rate: EUR 250 until October 31.
Low-income country Standard special rate: EUR 300 from November 1.
Student early bird special rate: EUR 180 until October 31.
Student standard rate: EUR 220 from November 1.
(Note: A copy of student ID must be provided to obtain student rates).
Scholarships:
We offer a limited number of scholarship opportunities for former and current Paralympians/Olympians and welcome your applications.
Please contact us at scholarships@vista2025.net with a motivation letter to apply for the scholarship. The local organising committee will then review your circumstances and interest and determine your eligibility before responding.
Please be advised that the deadline for all scholarship applications is 30 September 2025.
Cancellation & Refunds Policy:
If cancellation is received before October 31 your registration fee will be refunded after the Event, less a 50 EUR administrative fee.
If cancellation is received on or after November 1 no refund will be provided.
The registration fees listed above include the following:
Participation in all scientific sessions
Invitation to Opening Reception
Lunch and coffee breaks during days of the Conference
Airport transfers for arrivals and for departures.
